  • Getting started is simple. Book online through the Jane app or reach out through our contact form. Once you are booked. Information regarding intake forms, location, parking, and arrival is sent to your email.

  • I take extra time to get to know you and plan your care on your first visit. There is a extra 15 minutes built in for this then your 60 minute treatment time.

    Note: this can be booked for preexisting clients who have been away for longer than a year. Or if you have a new condition that requires a new treatment plan.

  • Working with me is calm, collaborative, and centred around your comfort. Sessions are unhurried and tailored to how your body is feeling that day, whether you’re coming in with a specific concern, ongoing pain, or simply needing time to relax.

    I take the time to listen and check in throughout treatment, adjusting pressure, techniques, and pacing as needed. Some sessions are more therapeutic, others more gentle or relaxation-focused — often it’s a blend of both.
